Will do complete update. okay?

When they send you an email listing all the things they think are ugly about you. My weight, the mole on my chin (which every woman in my family has a similar one so its heriditary), my new hair, my face is apparently 'okay' plus numerous other things....
Yes it was a male.
Feminists on my list, hell, everyone on my list - Guy is Loser and should block and delete everything to do with him, yes? Opinions ftw.

I'm 25 today :P
Work today. Not looking forward to it.
Most of my plans for the end of weekend/monday/tuesday have changed which kinda sucks. Nothing to look forward to.
Have Uni tomorrow.
25th Birthday is on Wednesday. Ergh, quarter of a century and no party. At least i'm seeing Cirque di Soliel that day.
Anyhoo, off to have shower

This is one of my favourite restaurants. I went with Joel to celebrate my birthday (which is on Wednesday, actually).
The Moroccan/North African food is fantastic, the menu is smaller but everything on it is incredibly tasty. We had some Coriander Potato Cakes to start, which were fabulous and one of the main reasons i keep coming back (cause i love them). For main, I had the Tarragon Beef (Prime eye fillet served on potato & pumpkin puree, topped with white wine & tarragon cream sauce) which was perfectly cooked and Joel had the Moroccan Lamb Brochettes (Spiced chargrilled filleted lamb skewers on bed of lettuce, mango & Moroccan style potato salad) and he thought it was absolutely delicious.
For dessert (because i could not resist!), I had the Chocolate & Orange Pudding, which was a little bitter for Joel's tastes but insanely good to mine as i love dark unsweetened chocolate.
It's not bad pricing although a little expensive in mains ($25-35) but for what you get and the atmosphere is well worth it. I completely recommend the Little Moorish Restaurant. It is one of my top 2 favourites in Perth (top in food, with The Moon Cafe top for atmosphere)

Due to stuff in previous entry, would people be up to having a dinner/lunch for my birthday? (unfortunately it'd be each pay own and i feel bad about that) I would love to see freindly faces and my birthday is the 11th of March (not this coming Wednesday, wednesday after) . I'm seeing Cirque di Soliel that night but i was wondering about the friday after?
I could not resist
Your result for The Sexy Strangeness Test...
Seduction Master

You've got it all. Your strangeness is colorful, intelligent, beautiful and romantic. You stand out because you are confident, diverse and a little bit geeky. You prove to the world that there is absoluetly such a thing as a wonderfully sexy dork and that chivalry is not dead. You have them all wrapped around your finger with that sense of raw, romantic, sophisticated mystery. You are incredibly charming and know exactly what you want, and how to get it. You are a force to be reckoned with!
I wanted nice shiny hair for my birthday so has Wildilocks appointment next week :) all happy :)
flight was okay besides two screaming babies. Perth is hot. Currently stuck on southbound kwinana freeway due to roadways :( but close to home :)
[LJ2ME] Waiting for check in
At the airport waiting for check in. Have already weighed and re-arranged my bags. I've got just under each weight limit for check in baggage and carry on. Have worst headache ever and no painkillers. No money for some food either :( will arrive back in Perth about 7pmish. Managed to spend all money I had for melbourne plus some. I have just enough I put aside for swancon membership and hotel (providing I find a person to share with - those who I've talked to please msg me to chat about it). Bye Bye for now!
I think I'll need a tutor to help me a bit for french. I have trouble with pronunciation particularly. Anyone speak french and willing to help? Or know someone who can and wouldn't charge too much?
[LJ2ME] Update
Things have been happening in Melbourne. I've been shopping multiple times and bought some stuff. One thing I bought was some Demonia plaid boots that I love. Updating from phone so making this short. Going to the aquarium tomorrow most likely with aunt, uncle and little cousin. Saw Transporter 3 with crypticgirl and whoa Jason Stratham still absolute hotness! The amount of times they get him to strip his shirt off in that movie fans self I've never been much of a fangirl but I'll have one of him thanks! Anyways I'm arriving back on wednesday night. Pictures of some stuff I've bought is on my facebook if people want to see. Hope the rest of the weekend is good for everyone!
I'm going to Haigh's the day i come back, so does anyone have any orders?
mynxii i'm looking in your direction :)
crypticgirl and I are sitting in Koko Black, Lygon St finishing a strawberry icecream martini and chocolate sampler platter. Now we will head to Brunetti's for italian hot chocolate :) Huzzah!
Current Melbourne Time: 9:48am
So I managed to get into my hotel at 11:30-12ish. I'm at the Victoria Hotel in the heart of Melbourne. It's quite nice actually. My aunt and uncle got me a single room with a double bed and its own bathroom. Will post pictures of later. I didn't fall asleep straight away instead going to the Regent theatre in the next street and getting a replacement ticket for Wicked. I then came back to the hotel and fell asleep for a few hours before getting a phone call from my aunt. Aunt and i organised to go and have dinner and she took me to a fabulous restuarant called The Spaghetti Tree :) I had pork steak with mash and a fabulous brandy/rosemary jus that
mynxii and
dormant_dragon would have had lots of ideas for variations from! The food was great, and my aunt is indeed very pregnant (she's due the exact same day joel and i are getting married.) When we finished she came and got the present i'd bought for her.... mazarin from Miss Mauds :) Miss Mauds is apparently not over here and its one of her cravings and things she misses so i bought some wit me for her to thank her for hotel room :) On her way out of the city she dropped me at a 711 to pick up some groceries. I wanted some breakfast cereal, low fat milk, milo and toothpaste. I walked back to hotel and since my 3 wireless device apparently hates my EEEPC I got a block of net access from the hotel at insane pricing.
Still a bit tired. Body is not quite adjusting to time given that it woke me up at 5am perth time *grrr* sleep will do wonders.
This afternoon I'll be going to either the Aquarium or Zoo with my aunt and my litle cousin (18m/o). I thought it would be a nice way to entertain and meet the young rascal (he's a very energetic kid from what i can gather).
Tomorrow afternoon is the Wicked matinee :)
Wednesday, Thursday and Friday are fairly clear atm
Saturday is tentative for Queen Vic Markets and chocolate stores with
crypticgirl
Sunday, Aunt is going to take me to DFOs (direct factory outlets). i have few things in mind to buy depending on pricing.
I'm hoping to meet others while i'm over here -
tikiwanderer and
blarglefiend I'm hoping to meet you specifically :)

So I've arrived in Melbourne. Very tired. Extremely hungry. Was surprised that my breakfast choices were between Maccas or HJs, which I found by accident for the record while wandering around forlorn and hungry. So currently sitting in Swanston St McDonalds eating food finally. Maccas is actually better here or at least their sausage muffins and OJ are, the hash browns just taste odd. But atm its food so who cares really. I have ages to wait for my hotel room and to get a call from my aunt. Discovered that my feeling that I forgot something in my bag was spot on - I have forgotten my Wicked ticket :( *headdesks* Hopefully Joel can work out a way to get it to me!
It's doesn't exactly feel like I'm on the other side of the country. Although I am feeling an acute sense of homesickness right now as all I want is my room, my bed, my quilt and my pillow.
Oh yeah, should have bought my jacket its cold :( Heatwave my ass! (sorry to any melbourians)
Will post regularly here I think so another update soon.

Details:
1. Leave me a comment saying, "Interview me!"
2. I will respond by asking you five questions. I get to pick the questions.
3. You will post the answers to the questions (and the questions themselves) on your blog or journal.
4. You will include this explanation and an offer to interview someone else in the same post.
5. When others comment asking to be interviewed, you will ask them five questions. And thus the endless cycle of the meme goes on and on and on and on...

I got the easter weekend off for Swancon :)
Does anyone need a roommate for a hotel room?? I'd rather not have to just get one by myself

It's quite a wake up call when you realise that your younger brother is turning 13. I was almost 13 when he was born and it reminds me of how quickly time goes as it feels like only a few years have gone past when in reality its more like 12.
For my 25th birthday, i had wanted to get my tattoo. A medium sized tree of life design on my upper back. However with wedding/travel etc i've decided to postpone (plus i'm having trouble actually drawing it, i know what i want but my drawing skill is iffy).
So when i saw a pendant with a similarish tree of life design to what i want to get, i got it as my present to myself.
The Etsy seller: uniquedichroic
Cost: i discovered she's a WA artist and is quite happy to do aussie pricing away from the US$ on etsy. So $26 with free registered postage. (it was worth every penny)
The Pendant:

The photo really doesn't do it justice. I love it! Will update with picture on neck when i get my card reader to work.
